Please be advised that the estimated lead times provided for these items are approximate and subject to possible delays.

While we strive to fulfill orders within the indicated timeframe, certain factors beyond our control may affect the delivery schedule. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Supplier stock availability

Estimated Standard Lead Time

Per Order Items
3–5 working days lead time upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO) or 50% Down Payment for order processing.

Made-to-Order Items
3–5 weeks lead time upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO) or 50% Down Payment for order processing.

Cancellation Due to Significant Delays

In the event of a significant delay or unforeseen circumstances affecting your order, customers may request order cancellation.

If cancellation is approved due to supplier or fulfillment issues, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
