We would like to inform you our exchange policy as per R.A. 7394 The Consumer Act of the Philippines:
1. Change of mind is not entitled to an exchange.
2. Original receipt must be presented as proof of purchase at KHM.
3. Items must be exchanged within Seven (7) days from date of purchase;
4. Items must be in the same condition as when purchases, with its original packaging;
5. Exchange will not be accepted on any items with incomplete accessories, used,damage due to improper use or mishandling.
6. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is used or damaged.(Processed by Authorized Service Center: 2-5 days processing)
