Philippine Tool Talks Builders & Contractors Directory

Builder and Contractor Directory Philippines — Filipino design-build, electrical and solar, and architectural firms featured on Philippine Tool Talks

Builder & Contractor Directory

A short, honest list of Filipino builders, contractors, and design-build studios our team has actually sat down with. Every company here has been interviewed on camera for the Philippine Tool Talks Builder Insider series, so before you call anyone, you can watch them explain how they work and decide for yourself.

The list is deliberately small and grows one episode at a time. Nobody pays to be on it.

How a company gets on this list

  1. 1They agree to an interview. Our hosts, Engr. Sophia Panlilio and Tool Expert Tin, record a full conversation with the owner or principal — usually at their own office or site.
  2. 2The episode is published in full. Unedited scope, unedited answers. You can watch or listen to the whole thing on YouTube, Facebook, or Spotify.
  3. 3The entry goes up with the episode. Company, principal, service area, and scope of work — as they described it themselves.

Being interviewed is not an award and it is not a background check. It simply means the conversation happened in public and you can review it.

Listed builders

Gila Salvador Arellano of Madhouse Design and Construction Studio on the Philippine Tool Talks Builder Insider Series

Madhouse Design & Construction Studio

  • Design-build
  • Interior design
  • Fit-out
  • Ground-up construction

A design-build studio that treats a space as something made for the people who live and work inside it. In her episode, Gila walks through the three pillars the studio is built on, why she refers work she is not right for, and how she grew the team from scratch.

Sahhara Laureano and Alpha of Watt Up Alpharex on the Philippine Tool Talks Builder Insider Series

Watt Up Alpharex

  • Residential solar
  • Low & medium voltage electrical
  • CCTV
  • Structured cabling
  • Access control
  • Fire detection
  • Public address

An electrical and auxiliary systems contractor working mainly on commercial and industrial facilities, plus solar for homes. Their episode covers how they choose projects, practical advice on buying solar and financing it, and HARA-ONE — the construction management system Sahhara taught herself to code after six months of nights, now offered to other contractors. The company lists SEC, PCAB, PhilGEPS, PECCMB (Meralco accredited contractor), and CRIF/D&B registrations on its site.

Ar. Claud of SnMAC Construction and Development Corp. on the Philippine Tool Talks Builder Insider Series

SnMAC Construction and Development Corp.

  • Architectural & engineering design
  • Design-build
  • Residential construction
  • Permit processing
  • Project management

Founded in 2020, starting with a three-storey house at MacArthur Gardens. Ar. Claud is a licensed architect, master plumber, and environmental planner, and she is blunt in her episode about what skipping the architect actually costs — change orders, poor ventilation, and lots that were never oriented properly to begin with. The firm handles building and occupancy permit processing alongside design and construction, and publishes its certificates and permits.

Before you hire anyone

KHM Megatools is not a party to your project. We introduce you to builders we have interviewed. We do not vet licences, bonds, insurance, or financial standing, we do not supervise anyone's work, and we earn nothing from the engagement. Any contract, payment, timeline, or dispute is strictly between you and the company you hire.

Sensible steps before signing anything: ask for the PRC licence or PCAB registration that applies to the work, request two or three recent client references, visit an ongoing site, and put the scope, schedule, and payment milestones in a written contract. If a company on this list ever misrepresents its relationship with us, please tell us at sales@khmtools.com.ph and we will look into it.

If you build for a living

We are always looking for architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty trades to feature. There is no fee and no product purchase involved — just a recorded conversation about how you work, hosted at your office or ours, usually in the morning so it does not eat your day.

Send a short message with your company name, your scope of work, and where you operate, and our team will get back to you.
