Question: "Do you do rush orders?"

We can process same day delivery as long as items are availability is confirmed.

Unfortunately for per order items, we cannot process rush orders as item availability is not yet assured to be on stock and prices are valid at the time of order.

Question: "How long will it take to get my order?"

It depends on where you are.Orders processed here will take 3-7- business days to arrive as standard.Leadtime are SUBJECT to DELAY.

Question: "What shipping carriers do you use?"

Kindly check this at our shipping policy for the updated list our recommended carriers/couriers.
If you preferred courier is not one of the recommended couriers we have, kindly contact us directly and we will try to make it work as long as it's within our capable capacity.

Question: "Can I return my product?"

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products.
But if you do need to return an order, kindly check our return policy as your guidelines.


Return Policy

Question: "Can i have my tools repaired?"

We do not have repair service but we can coordinate it to their respective service centers. Some brands needs you to bring the tools yourself to the authorized service centers for claiming warranty or repairs as per their terms & conditions.

Otherwise in some cases, You need to bring it to your dealer for processing, we can only process repair or warranty if item is bought here at our shop.

Questions: "How to Order?"

Question: "How do I cancel my order?"

You have to contact us directly through any of our contact information and send us your ORDER ID (eq.9381) so we can try to cancel your order.

Question: "Can you send me your 2303 Form?"

2303 Form is viewable at our shop address when you visit our shop. We can send a soft copy upon request, if you have send your Company Purchase Order at our email.

Question: "Can you send/issue an advance invoice?"

We can only send an (Any)Invoice once we have received full payment of order. Alternatively, we can send you a Billing Statement instead.

Question: "Why can't i contact your numbers?"

We may have high volume of inquiries or have limited manpower. We suggest leaving a message on our facebook messenger, viber or whatsapp so we can try to contact you and help you with your inquiry.

Question: "Why does some of your items not on lazada and shopee?"

Unfortunately, we do not sell all our items there to provide fast and excellent service of fulfillment for the respective platforms. However, if you want some of our items here on our website uploaded on shopee or lazada, kindly request it to us or we can alternatively give other options for you to avail your items.

Question: "Do you have a physical shop for us to visit?"

Yes, kindly check our address below or just check via Google Maps and Waze App.

Question: "Why should I buy at your shop instead of others?"

We have plenty of reasons why you should buy here at our shop that we made a list here. We strive to be the most convenient , competitive, expert in the field to satisfy your needs!

Question: "Are your items genuine (original)?"

We pride ourselves to not sell any FAKE or COUNTERFEIT items.

We also made a list for customers on how to spot and avoid fake tools and why buy original tools only.

We also created a youtube channel for all our tool unboxing videos to show the items we are selling to give transparency and peace of mind for the customers that items are indeed genuine, complete and without a doubt, LEGIT!

Question: "Yes you can price match, but can you offer lower?"

We will try to give you the best offer price possible on the market. It may be possible as long as you have loyalty in our shop, high quantity volume of items to order and have an excellent customer client relationship. Let's work on it Tool Lover!

It's over 7 days but i opened the item just today or yesterday, can i still return the item?

Please be guided on these 2 policies as your guidelines.

If ever your reasons does not abide with the policy, it may be hard or not possible to return your item purchase.

I did not buy my tools at your shop, can i still have it processed for repair or warranty?

Sorry, but if you did not purchase the tools here, we can not process repair or warranty. Kindly coordinate to your dealer to process it.

Why can't I buy spare parts or accessories for UNITS I didn't buy at your shop?

This is to make sure spare parts or accessories are fully compatible with the units. If you not have bought it at our shop, we do not know which batch date of units you have avail. It may be incompatible or worse, incorrect. Please avail your units at our shop so we can provide necessary parts and accessories for you.
