KHM Megatools Corp. offers free standard shipping on qualifying bulk orders. This is an ongoing programme for contractors, resellers, and businesses ordering at volume — not a limited-time promotion.
Who Qualifies
Free standard shipping applies when all of the following are met:
- Order value of ₱800,000.00 or more
- 10 units or more of product
- Placed as a single transaction on one receipt
- Ordered through our official website, khmtools.com.ph
Both the order value and the unit count must be met. Orders meeting only one condition do not qualify.
Delivery Coverage
- Available in Metro Manila and selected areas of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao where our courier and cargo partners operate.
- If your address falls outside serviceable coverage, we will tell you before your order is confirmed and quote the shipping cost separately.
- You must provide a complete, valid delivery address. Address changes must be requested before your order ships.
What's Not Included
- Orders exceeding 200 kg total weight
- Expedited or same-day delivery — available at additional cost
- Destinations outside our courier partners' service areas
- Orders combined with any other promotion or discount offer
Shipping Method & Schedule
- Free shipping is fulfilled via our standard shipping method. We select the courier or cargo partner based on your location, order weight, and dimensions.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Philippine Time). Orders received outside these hours are processed the next business day.
- Bulk orders typically require additional preparation time. We will confirm your expected dispatch date once your order is verified.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, sent by email or SMS. For cargo shipments, we will provide the branch and booking details.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
Bulk orders follow our standard Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Because bulk orders are prepared and consolidated in advance, cancellation may not be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
If shipping was provided free and your order is later returned, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. We will confirm any deduction with you in writing before processing.
Changes to This Programme
We may change or withdraw this programme at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed — if you qualified when you ordered, your free shipping stands.
