1. Payment Options

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, we offer the following payment methods:

  • BDO Unibank Bank Deposit / Digital Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for items up to 20 kg within the Metro Manila area
  • Cash on Pickup at our physical store

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required for orders placed using BDO Unibank Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer before items can be processed and shipped.
  • Bank transfer payments must include proof of payment and may require manual verification.
  • Cash on Delivery is available only for items up to 20 kg and within Metro Manila.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices displayed on khmtools.com.ph are listed in PHP.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Taxes are calculated during checkout.
  • Shipping charges are to be estimated based on the availability of courier for your location, we will contact you after receiving your order.
  • Discounts and promotions are valid only for the stated duration and cannot be retroactively applied.

4. Secure Transactions

  • We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your information.
  • Sensitive payment details are not stored on our servers.
  • All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors to ensure maximum security.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Fraudulent, invalid, or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with the payment processor.

  • We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
