Price Match Program

Price Match Conditions

To keep this program fair and sustainable, the following apply:

• The item must be identical — same brand, same model number, same specification, and same inclusions.
• The competitor price must be currently advertised and publicly verifiable, with the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The competitor must be a legitimate authorized dealer of the brand. We do not match prices for grey-market, parallel-imported, second-hand, or counterfeit units.
• Requests must be submitted before purchase. We cannot apply a match retroactively.
• We compare the total delivered cost, including shipping and applicable fees.
• We are unable to match: clearance and closeout prices, liquidation sales, member-only or employee pricing, auction or bidding sites, typographical or pricing errors, prices bundled with rebates or giveaways, and prices below our own supplier cost.
• Price match cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
• Approval is at the discretion of KHM Megatools Corp. A price match is confirmed only once our team has approved it in writing.

We reserve the right to decline a request or to modify or end this program at any time. This does not affect your rights under R.A. 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines.
