Warranty approval is subject to MaxSell's technical inspection and the official warranty terms below. Customers should prepare the official receipt, invoice, and warranty card when requesting warranty support.
Warranty Policy
MaxSell Power Tools
This Voluntary Repair or Replacement Warranty applies to purchases of specified MaxSell power tools, batteries, chargers, and accessories. All MaxSell products are thoroughly tested and subject to the stringent quality standards of MaxSell's Quality Assurance.
A. Warranty Coverage
MaxSell guarantees to repair or replace faulty power tools or accessories due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, as specified below.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or scheduled maintenance.
- Misuse or abuse in applications.
- Damage to property, personal injury, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the product.

C. Warranty Conditions
- Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Repairs or replacements under warranty will not renew or extend the warranty period.
- Warranty applies only to products purchased in the Philippines through authorized MaxSell dealers.
- Unauthorized disassembly, tampering, or repairs by uncertified technicians will void this warranty.
- No changes, modifications, additions and deletions have been made to the product.
- The product has not been used with accessories for which it was not designed.
- All items for repair are subject to technical inspection.
- A receipt or invoice and this warranty card will be required as proof of purchase.
- MaxSell, at its option, may repair or replace the product or any of its parts under warranty. In case of repair, MaxSell shall replace the defective product or its defective part/s only if it determines that, after a reasonable period, said product is indeed beyond repair.
D. Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
- Use of non-genuine or counterfeit parts.
- Misuse, overloading, improper voltage application, or other non-standard conditions.
- Normal wear and tear, noise, vibration, discoloration, or deformation.
- Environmental damage such as storm or lightning.
- Alteration of purchase documents or tampering with serial numbers.
- Incidental or consequential damages beyond the product itself.
E. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, bring the defective product to any authorized MaxSell service center within the warranty period. Please provide proof of purchase, such as an official receipt or invoice.
MaxSell reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims. This warranty is only valid for products purchased in the Philippines.
For convenience, drop off your MaxSell Power Tool for repair at the outlet where it was purchased and look for the MaxSell representative.
Alternatively, MaxSell has partnered with some forwarding and logistics providers who will accept MaxSell Power Tools drop off at their branches nationwide. See separate list.
