How to join
- Buy Stanley tools worth ₱500+ Purchase at least ₱500 of participating Stanley products — power tools, hand tools, and storage — in a single receipt from KHM Megatools.
- Register online Scan the official Stanley promo QR code on the in-store Stanley displays, or head to the promo website. Agree to the terms, privacy policy, and data consent to continue.
- Enter your details Provide your full name, email, mobile number, the store where you bought (select KHM Megatools), and your mailing address. Returning entrants get their info pre-filled.
- Upload your receipt Take a clear photo of the full receipt showing the line items and total (max 5 MB), then type in what you bought and the amount spent.
- Submit & save your tracking code Hit submit and you'll get an on-screen tracking code plus a confirmation email that your receipt was received.
- Wait for validation Stanley's team reviews your receipt and emails you once your entries are confirmed valid. Register a working email address so you don't miss it.
The more you buy, the more you win
Every ₱500 worth of Stanley products in a single receipt earns you one (1) raffle entry — so a bigger purchase means more chances to win.
You can submit multiple entries with different receipts, but the same receipt can only be registered once. Only genuine Stanley products qualify, so make sure your receipt clearly shows Stanley items — and always keep the original.

Who can join & how to claim
The promo is open to all Philippine residents aged 18 and above, except employees of Black & Decker Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., participating dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
Winners are notified through registered mail, SMS, email, and the Stanley Tools Philippines Facebook page. To claim, present your original winning receipt, one valid government-issued ID, and your winner notification within 60 days of being notified. A participant can only win once — if drawn more than once, the higher-value prize is awarded.
The Fine Print
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- Winners of prizes exceeding ₱10,000 shoulder the applicable 20% prize tax.
- The BYD Seagull winner shoulders the prize tax, registration charges, insurance, transfer of ownership expenses, freight charges (if applicable), and other related expenses.
- Prizes other than the grand prize are awarded as electronic vouchers sent to the winner's registered email; redemption is subject to the voucher provider's terms.
- Winning receipts are subject to validation. Invalid, fraudulent, cancelled, or returned transactions are disqualified and re-awarded to the next qualified winner.
- Unclaimed prizes within 60 days of notification are forfeited in favor of the promoter with prior DTI approval.
- The decision of Black & Decker Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., with the concurrence of DTI, is final.
- By joining, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for promo verification and prize fulfillment, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
