All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Flat rate shipping: We offer Php 250 flat rate for COD shipping to Metro Manila Customers up to 20kg Maximum.

Deliveries are made from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Mondays to Saturdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

You can also book on Demand 3rd Party Courier via Lalamove or Transportify for delivery, just coordinate first the items you need and wait for payment confirmation from us before booking. Payment first before booking through on Demand Courier Apps or coordinate if your gonna use Pabili Service or Purchasing Service from Lalamove.

For our provincial customers who are purchasing in bulky items and are willing to wait for their package to be delivered, we offer shipping via CARGO Logistics with FREIGHT COLLECT option as long as they are around Metro Manila. Freight Collect means that payment of shipping will be pick up of the parcel at their respective branches near customer address.

Most known Cargo Logistics are AP CARGO, Jades Cargo, Sea star Cargo, Solid Shipping, etc.
Better to inquire near your area the possible TRUCKING/Logistics Service that are serviceable in your area when choosing this option.

Standard Leadtime is 4-12 days (subject to delay) depending on the cargo logistics and item

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am-5:30pm on Mondays to Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

These items are not readily available in our inventory and require to get the items to our specific supplier or production before being shipped or picked up.

To place an order for a per-order item, we require our customers to send a Purchase Order for Companies, For Personal Use, a 50% Down payment Payment is required.


3. Production and Delivery Timeframe:

We will provide you with an estimated processing timeframe during the ordering process. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. Once the item is produced and ready for shipment or pickup, we will notify you promptly.

For Per Order: 3-5 days lead time upon received of P.O. or DP.
For Made to Order: 3-5 weeks lead time upon received of P.O. or DP.


4. Payment and Pricing:

Per-order items require only the Company Purchase Order for processing but customers can pay in full after we confirm all items availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice due to the nature of some items condition and current stocks of our supplier.
In case of any additional charges or changes in pricing during the production process, we will communicate with you and seek your approval before proceeding.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
As per the customized nature of per-order items, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. However, please contact our customer support to discuss any concerns or changes you may have, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

6. Communication:
We will maintain open communication with you throughout the process, providing updates on the status of your per-order item, you will use email but might use messenger or viber for a more immediate update regarding any changes or concerns.

7. Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the unique and customized nature of per-order items, returns or exchanges may not be possible unless there is a defect or error caused by our team.
